BOOKING AND SCHEDULING
Once you book a job with us, we will confirm a date and arrival window. We guarantee on time arrival for scheduled appointments. If something outside of our control comes up, such as severe weather or an emergency call ahead of you, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
You are responsible for making sure the items or areas you want cleared are accessible and ready for our crew on the scheduled day. If our team cannot access the property or complete the job due to circumstances on your end, additional charges or a rescheduled visit may apply.
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. All pricing is provided upfront before work begins, so you always know what you are paying for.
WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT
For the safety of our crew and in line with Maryland disposal regulations, we do not accept hazardous materials. This includes items such as paint, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, and certain other regulated substances. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, give us a call before your appointment and we will let you know.
DEMOLITION SERVICES
For demolition and structural removal jobs, you confirm that you either own the property or have the legal right to authorize the work. It is your responsibility to obtain any permits required by your local jurisdiction before we begin, unless we have specifically agreed in writing to handle permitting on your behalf. We carry full licensing and insurance for all demolition work we perform.
LIABILITY
Charm City Haulers is fully licensed and insured. We take care to protect your property while we work. That said, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear from heavy item removal, or issues caused by inaccurate information provided at booking. If any damage does occur due to our work, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to delays, scheduling changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at (443) 680-9309. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule and offer that time to another customer.
PHOTOS AND REVIEWS
With your permission, we may photograph completed jobs for our website, social media, or marketing materials. We will not include identifying details about you or your property without your consent. If you leave a review with us or on a platform such as Google, we may share or reference that feedback publicly.
PRIVACY
