Charm City Haulers were outstanding! I called this morning about picking up 4 box springs and a huge couch and they scheduled me for the same day and arrived an hour early. These guys were professional, kind, and incredibly helpful and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs help.

Michael and his crew were amazing! Very Professional and friendly! They came out the SAME DAY (within an hour) and hauled away my trash and I am very satisfied! I definitely will be using their services in the future. And I highly recommend them and the prices are affordable! That was a plus for me!!!

The team showed up early and was fast and professional. The price to haul out my old sofa (including a tip) was way less than other similar companies. If I need anything hauled away again I will definitely use Charm City Haulers
These guys are great. Made a call around 4pm to have a refrigerator picked up for disposal, hoping to get it removed asap. They were there in 2 hours, no problem. I had used them previously for a back yard & basement debris removal and they had come when they said they would and had everything picked up in less than hour. They are definitely a gotoo for any junk removal.
I can’t recommend Charm City Haulers enough! I was able to book and confirm my couch removal all via text and online for next day service. They called when they were on the way, arrived a little early and got right to work! There were some conversations about pricing as they were unaware I was in an apartment building but Michael handled that conversation so professionally and stood by the original quote which I truly appreciated 🙏 I also kept trying to help them but Michael did not let me which again just speaks to his professionalism. He was so kind during the removal and didn’t complain even though it was extremely hot both inside and outside. I will definitely use charm city haulers in the future! Thanks again ❤️

I would absolutely recommend Charm City Haulers! Had a heavy recliner sofa that we needed gone. Texted and set up an appointment for the next day, at significantly less then the other junk pickup places. By about 75 bucks !

Very friendly and professional father/son team. We had a very large, heavy propane grill we needed removed. They showed up early and hauled it out of our yard and into their truck in 20 minutes flat. Would definitely use their services again and recommend to others.
